We want to build all of the riders up to the top level of their age group. 2 of the riders are almost there already, and with a little extra experience and guidance, we have full faith in them achieving their goals. They all have their own personal goals, but as a team we would like them to win at least 5 big races next year, along with a few wins from smaller domestic races. All the riders want to grow in confidence in the upcoming season, and they all want to be the best there is. We would like to enter our 2 senior riders into the Panorama Tour and the Sabie X races as a mixed team, as they ride extremely well as a team already, and also train together most mornings of the week.
The riders we have in this team are more then capable of winning races and giving their sponsors good media coverage. They did themselves very proud last year without sponsors, and just looking at their results thus far, I’m sure you will agree, they can only do better going forward.
This sponsorship from Impilo is for the athletes, not for the company. The athletes are the one's that are racing after all and putting in all the hard hours.
